Shipping Policy

We aim to process most orders within 2 to 4 business days.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Please note:
processing time is separate from transit time
shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs are outside our control
we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Address errors
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot promise changes after an order is submitted.

Lost or marked delivered packages
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we will review the issue with you.

International shipping
If international shipping is offered, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless stated otherwise.
