Return and Refund Policy
Because LOOP Formulas sells supplements and ingestible wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened supplement items once an order has been shipped.
We do not offer cash refunds on supplements, powders, gummies, capsules, chewables, or other ingestible products except where required by law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If we confirm a shipping or fulfillment issue, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
1. replacement product
2. store credit
3. refund if required by law
Store credit rules
Approved store credit will be issued to the email address used at checkout. Store credit does not expire unless required by law otherwise.
Items marked final sale
All ingestible products are final sale.

Fill out the contact us form with your order number, full name, and a clear photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
